Vila se nalazi na 1 km od plaže, računajući stvarnu pristupnu udaljenost, te je u isto vrijeme dovoljno udaljena od buke da pruža mir i privatnost.
Vila je trenutačno u dovršavanju pa se i na slikama mogu vidjeti detalji koji još nisu dovedeni do savršenstva.
Savršena vila u očaravajućoj prirodi, daleko od buke, a u tom dostupna plaži i potrebnim sadržajima koji se nalaze u sve više poznatom mjestu Raklju.
