Due to a stay abroad, I am offering my apartment for subletting / interim rent for up to 6 months from June 2024. The apartment (approx. 72sqm) is located on the 2nd floor in Lütthörn in Eckernförde with - Bathroom, kitchen and storage room - Living room & bedroom and office - balcony and is fully furnished. I am looking for a single person or a couple, without pets, who are tidy, know how to handle other people's property carefully and have the party life behind them. The apartment is very well located - just a few minutes' walk to the beach, by bike to the shops or for a short walk in the forest. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony during the rental period from around midday until sunset.

Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts biete ich meine Wohnung für bis zu 6 Monate ab Juni 2024 zur Untervermietung / Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung (ca. 72qm) liegt im 2. OG im Lütthörn in Eckernförde mit - Bad, Küche und Abstellraum - Wohnzimmer & Schlafzimmer und Büro - Balkon und ist vollständig möbliert. Ich suche für den o. g. Zeitraum eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, ohne Haustiere, die ordentlich sind, mit fremdem Eigentum sorgsam umzugehen wissen und das Partyleben hinter sich haben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut gelegen – wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, mit dem Rad zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder für einen kurzen Spaziergang in den Wald. Auf dem Balkon kann die Sonne zum Zeitraum der Vermietung ab ca. Mittags bis Sonnenuntergang genossen werden.
