As we are going abroad for a year for professional reasons, we are renting out our beloved, beautiful, furnished 3-room apartment for a year. The 89m2 apartment consists of a large, bright living room with a separate dining area, a large bedroom with a desk, a fully equipped study, a high-quality, fully equipped walk-through fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom, a toilet, and a spacious hallway. Additionally, there is a wonderful, sunny south-west-facing balcony and a storage room. The layout is particularly well-suited for those who work from home, offering two completely separate workstations. We would rent our apartment fully furnished, as we cannot take our furniture abroad. There are also various electrical appliances in the apartment, such as a large TV, three monitors, a fully automatic coffee machine, vacuum cleaner and robot vacuum cleaner, steam generator iron etc., which we would also provide by arrangement. It goes without saying that the furniture and appliances must be handled with care and returned with normal signs of use. Die 89m2 Wohnung besteht aus einem großen, hellen Wohnzimmer mit räumlich abgetrenntem Essbereich, einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch, einem vollausgestattetem Arbeitszimmer, einer hochwertigen, vollausgestatteten Durchgangs-Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, einem Bad, einer Toilette und einem geräumigen Flur. Es gibt außerdem einen tollen, sonnigen Südwest-Balkon und eine Abstellkammer. Der Grundriss ist besonders gut geeignet für Menschen, die von zu Hause aus arbeiten, da zwei vollständig separate Arbeitsplätze vorhanden sind. Wir würden unsere Wohnung komplett möbliert vermieten, da wir unsere Möbel nicht mit ins Ausland nehmen können. Außerdem befinden sich in der Wohnung diverse Elektrogeräte wie ein großer Fernseher, drei Monitore, eine vollautomatische Kaffeemaschine, ein Staubsauger, ein Saugroboter, ein Dampfbügeleisen usw., die wir nach Absprache auch überlassen würden. Bedingung ist selbstverständlich, dass mit den Möbeln und Geräten pfleglich umgegangen wird und diese mit normalen Gebrauchspuren wieder zurück übergeben werden.
