Welcome to my high-quality equipped, fully furnished apartment with balcony and garden view. My grandparents' former house was completely renovated and stylishly renovated in 2022/2023. My apartment on the upper floor with approx. 50 m² is particularly suitable for business travellers (secondees, fitters, employees who work on a project for a limited period of time, etc.), separated or other interested parties who are looking for a furnished place to stay on a temporary basis. The accommodation has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, a bathroom with shower/bathtub & toilet and a sleeping area (140×200 cm), free Wi-Fi and TV, free parking is available. Towels and bed linen are provided. The rent is a warm rent and includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, water, internet connection, insurance, garbage. When moving out, a one-time final cleaning fee of 100 euros is due. The apartment is only rented for a maximum of 3 months. Idyllic location / perfect connections Ellerstadt is a pretty wine village and the surrounding cities of Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim, Heidelberg are easy to reach due to the public transport network. Meine Wohnung im OG mit ca. 50 m² eignet sich besonders für Geschäftsreisende (Entsandte, Monteure, Angestellte die zeitlich befristet auf einem Projekt arbeiten, etc.), in Trennung lebende oder sonstige Interessenten, welche auf Zeit eine möblierte Bleibe suchen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit gemütlichem Essplatz, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne & WC und einen Schlafbereich (140×200 cm), kostenloses WLAN und TV, kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt. Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete und beinhaltet pauschal sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internetanschluss, Versicherung, Müll. Bei Auszug wird eine einmalige Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 100 Euro fällig. Die Wohnung wird nur auf Zeit vermietet für max. 3 Monate. Idyllische Lage / Perfekte Anbindung Ellerstadt ist ein hübsches Weindorf und die umliegenden Städte Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim, Heidelberg sind aufgrund des öffentlichen Verkehrsnetzes super zu erreichen.
