One quickly makes friends. - The Westermühlbach flows through the courtyard of the residential complex, which you can also see from the balcony of the apartment. - There is a spacious elevator in the building, which also leads directly to the underground parking garage. - There are two generally accessible, ground-level bicycle rooms. - The Rodenstock garden has a playground behind the house and a large courtyard with sandbox, little house and seesaw, where our children have always loved to play. Man knüpft schnell Freundschaften. • Durch den Innenhof der Wohnanlage fließt der Westermühlbach, den man vom Balkon der Wohnung auch sieht. • Im Haus gibt es einen großzügigen Lift, der auch direkt zur Tiefgarage führt. • Es gibt zwei allgemein zugängliche, ebenerdige Fahrradräume. • Der Rodenstockgarten hat einen Spielplatz hinterm Haus und einen großen Innenhof mit Sandkasten, Häuschen und Wippe, in dem unsere Kinder immer sehr gerne gespielt haben. Vom Balkon aus konnte man ihnen zusehen (und sie zum Essen rufen…). • In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es weitere Spielplätze und die Isarauen als Naherholungsgebiet mit Mountainbike-Tracks und Fußballwiesen. • In der Wohnanlage gibt es eine Kindertagesstätte mit Krippe und Kindergarten. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche weitere Kinderkrippen und Kindergärten. • Die Grundschule in der Tumblingerstraße liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. • Gymnasien wie z.B.
