Los remontes mecánicos y la salida a las pistas de esquí se sitúan a 300 m y el centro de la estación a 1 km. Para los buenos esquiadores, la vuelta esquiando es posible (para bajar por la pista que llega a la residencia hay que tomar un teleski muy "empinado").Superficie aproximada de 25 m². Estancia con sofá-cama. Rincón de sueño con 2 camas superpuestas. Cocina abierta con batería, cafetera, tostador, lavavajillas, micro-ondas, placas eléctricas, refrigerador. Cuarto de baño. WC. Balcón O BIEN Terraza. Las camas en altura no convienen a los niños de menos de 6 años.

Pour les skieurs confirmés un retour ski aux pieds est possible (la piste qui redescend vers la résidence est accessible via un téléski qui est très "pentu").Superficie d'environ 25 m².
