The final use can be private house, hotel and similar. We have also arranged a plan for the realization of a high-yielding business centre. Milan is the city of the business and finance, now discovered also as a tourist destination. Please find here the detailed description: It is a villa from the mid-eighteenth century, with a completely enclosed park, located just 5 kilometers from Milan, in what was, and in some ways still is, the typical Lombard countryside between the capital and the lakes. Although it is now inserted in the Milanese belt, it preserves the charm and flavor of another time, together with a peace and "privacy" that immediately make you forget the proximity to the city. The villa consists of a central nucleus which is flanked by greenhouses and cottages. The nucleus has a characteristic "H" -shaped plan closed on one side, which surrounds a large internal gravel cloister with arcades and ancient pots with lemon plants. The side facing south is the one by its nature intended for receptions, and it is here that the numerous eighteenth-century rooms are located, open to the Italian Garden. This consists of four large lawns bordered by boxwood flower beds and Ticino gravel, with a fountain in the center with water features and ancient citrus fruit pots. The south side is bordered by a precious hornbeam plant gallery, on the west side of which stands a Moorish-style Coffee House with pebble mosaics. The gallery, one hundred meters long, is interrupted in the center by an imposing gate supported by four columns with statues that indicates the access to the park, the result of centuries-old work of gardeners, consisting of vast lawns, small reliefs and ancient and rare trees. The Park looks like a cool and shady oasis, a place of relaxation and is entirely crossed by a wide path kept in lawn, over 10 hectares, allowing walks and pleasant stops in search of deep backgrounds, perspective views, sudden color contrasts due to the variety of tree absences. Adjacent to the Park and the Italian Garden is the Limonaia, an ancient and rustic building that once was the winter shelter for lemon trees, now kept in more modern greenhouses in winter. With a length of fifty meters, high ceilings in original chestnut beams, fireplaces and numerous windows facing south, it is an exceptionally bright place, with a view entirely on the garden, today used as a cool and relaxing dining room.
