Nun, abgesehen von seinem herrlichen Meerblick über Road Harbour, eingerahmt von seinen alten und schönen extravaganten Bäumen, ist seine zentrale Lage sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Urlauber einfach perfekt. Sie können nicht nur überall in Road Town leicht hinkommen... Restaurants, Supermärkte, Banken, Anwaltskanzleien usw., aber es ist auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Tortola Sports Club entfernt. Der Club verfügt über ein sehr beliebtes, preisgünstiges Restaurant sowie Tennis-, Squash-, Fitness- und Fitnesskurse.
