L'édifice fut pillé, détruit et brûlé lors de la guerre de cent ans et des guerres de religion pour être abandonné puis repris et remanié par les Jésuites à partir de 1661.

A21397MAL46 - De priorij werd in de 12e eeuw gebouwd door de Augustijnen, niet-gecamoufleerde kanunniken die baden, werkten en voor de armen zorgden. Het gebouw werd geplunderd, verwoest en verbrand tijdens de Honderdjarige Oorlog en de Godsdienstoorlogen, om vervolgens in 1661 door de Jezuïeten te worden verlaten en overgenomen.
De priorij van 900 m² met 3 verdiepingen en is als volgt samengesteld:
* Op de begane grond, opmerkelijke kamers in een zeer goede staat van bewaring: kapittelzaal of vergaderzaal met zijn geribbelde ramen en muurschilderingen, sacristie, salon, doorgang naar de velden, hospitium dat ooit pelgrims naar Compostela verwelkomde, refter van monniken en de voormalige keuken.
* De 1e verdieping is bewoonbaar en bestaat uit 5 slaapkamers of lounges, een keuken en een doucheruimte. Toegang tot een mooi terras met uitzicht op het platteland.
