De plus, l'une des chambres avec deux lits simples rapprochés offre une salle de bain avec baignoire et un espace pour préparer un lit et une chaise haute pour votre bébé s'il en a besoin. Ensuite, une deuxième salle de bain indépendante avec douche dessert toute la maison. Il y a du chauffage au gaz pour les mois les plus froids. Le logement est situé au cœur de Puerto de Pollença, un quartier très animé qui, surtout pendant l'été, s'anime grâce à tous les restaurants, bars et magasins qui se trouvent en contrebas autour de toute la place. Même s'il faut garder à l'esprit que cela peut causer un peu de bruit, c'est génial puisque tous les mercredis, juste en face, il y a un joli marché où vous pouvez acheter des fruits et légumes frais. La vaste plage de Puerto de Pollença se trouve à environ 400 mètres et est idéale pour les familles avec enfants. La ville est adossée à des montagnes qui cachent de nombreuses belles pistes cyclables ou pédestres. L'accès à la terrasse privée supérieure se fait par les escaliers communs. A noter : Cette location ne peut accepter de clientèle de moins de 25 ans, sauf dans le cas où il s'agit d'un séjour familial.
