Equipment Fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven), crockery, balcony with small beer table set, bathroom with window, bathroom furniture, light grey vinyl floor, electric heating (night storage). Dining table, chairs, mirrored wardrobe, 2 single or double beds as required, the furniture for the bedroom and living room can be adapted to requirements. E.g. desk(s), TV, stereo, cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. Clay plaster was used on the interior walls for a healthy indoor climate. No cellar, no car parking space, no attic, 4th floor without lift, bicycle parking space behind the house. Parking permit possible. Schreibtisch(e), TV, Stereo, Schränke, Waschmaschiene, Trockner, etc. Für ein gesundes Raum Klima wurde Lehm-Streich Putz an den Innenwänden verwendet. Kein Keller, kein PKW Stellplatz, Kein Dachboden, 4 OG ohne Aufzug, Fahrrad Abstellplatz hinter dem Haus. Parkausweis möglich. WICHTIG !... nach dem Einbau der Duschwanne an der Dach-Schräge stellte ich fest, mit 175 cm Größe kann man gerade noch duschen ohne den Kopf einzuziehen. Für größere Leute eher unbequem!!
