The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the quiet rear section of an upper middle-class and completely rehabilitated building from 1882 directly on Johannapark and Clara-Zetkin-Park. It is one of, if not the most preferred, inner-city residential area of Leipzig. Upon entering the house, the first impression is determined by the magnificent building facade and the correspondingly ornate staircase. From there, you can walk to the second floor of the rear building. Alternatively, and in particular when you come home with heavy things, you may choose to take the elevator of the main building to the fourth floor and from there reach the rear house via a short connection to go down two floors to the apartment. The apartment is entered through a spacious hallway, from which all 3 rooms are accessible, as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The living room and dining room are very bright and connected by a double door, creating a very spacious feeling. Of course, the dining room can also be used as a guest room if necessary, but a guest bed or couch must be provided by the tenant. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom. Overall, the apartment stylishly combines modern and classic with parquet flooring and stucco on the ceiling.
