Traditional, historical stone house with land.
The house has 3 levels. The lower ground level consists of the entrance hall and an area for a future kitchen followed by a large arch room (kamara).
To the right of the hall 3 descending steps lead to a large full bathroom.
Opposite the entrance, 7 concrete steps lead to the 2nd level (large bedroom) and continue to the third level with a handmade pinewood staircase.
The third level comprises of a large open area and a small area interconnected with a handmade pinewood bridge. This area could be converted into 2 bedrooms (one of which could have en suite bathroom-shower) or a big living room and is equipped with the original traditional open fire.
The third level has a vaulted beamed ceiling from local chestnut wood and all the windows and doors from iroko all handmade by a local carpenter. The pointing of the stone walls (armologima) is completed inside and outside. The property has electricity and water supply.
