The estate is a real jewel; it is mainly located in the municipality of Cehegín and Bullas, between the Sierra de Los Ceperos and the Sierra de Lavia, next to the Bodegas de Hydria and Bodegas de Lavia. The farmhouse and winery is located approximately 12 km from the town of Bullas.
The estate was a wine producer, the vines can be recovered and in a couple of years give production. The wine cellar conserves the French and German oak barrels, a real spectacle.
The existing house, of approximately 250m2, although the exterior still has a good appearance, is in need of a complete renovation.

The Sierra de los Ceperos is a small mountain range in the Region of Murcia, to the south of the municipalities of Cehegín and Bullas and to the north of the Pedanías Altas de Lorca. This mountain range is surrounded by the mountain ranges of Burete, Lavia and Cambrón, surrounded by pine forests and holm oaks. It is possible to see fauna native to the area such as the eagle owl and the mountain goat.

La finca, es una verdadera joya; se encuentra principalmente ubicada en el término municipal de Cehegín y Bullas, entre la Sierra de Los Ceperos y de la Sierra de Lavia, junto a las Bodegas de Hydria y Bodegas de Lavia. El cortijo y bodega de dicha finca se encuentra aproximadamente a 12 km del pueblo de Bullas.
La finca, fue productora de vino, las vides se pueden recuperar y en un par de años dar producción. La bodega conserva las barricas de roble francés y alemán, todo un espectáculo.
La vivienda existente, de aproximadamente unos 250m2, aunque el exterior conserva una buena apariencia, necesita una reforma integral.
