Terreno rústico com 4.440m² com ruína isolada e já desmoronada, localizado na Bica Alta, a cerca de 7 km de São Bartolomeu de Messines.A ruína tem uma área bruta privativa de 280m², podendo ser ampliada a edificação da moradia até 300m².A ruína encontra-se num cenário tranquilo numa zona com vistas deslumbrantes.O acesso à propriedade é alcatroado até ao conhecido Restaurante Caixeiro, sendo o percurso adicional de cerca de 1 km em estrada com areia e calhau. Este acesso é acentuadamente ingreme e necessita de ser alcatroado até ao terreno ou, no mínimo, de se corrigir o efeito severo que os invernos provocaram, com pronunciados e largos sulcos no trajeto.O referido acesso foi feito em terra batida há cerca de 15 anos. Mas, devido à falta de manutenção, ficou praticamente inacessível para automóveis, pelo que o preço da ruína foi reduzido para contemplar o pagamento das obras de reconstrução do acesso.Esta ruína fica numa zona de campo isolada, tranquilo e onde, sobretudo, pode disfrutar das maravilhosas vistas que alcançam o vale e o barrocal central algarvio. Simultaneamente, fica a cerca de 10 minutos da Vila de Messines, onde pode encontrar todo o tipo de comércio e serviços.Devemos acrescentar que o terreno tem condições já verificadas para fazer um furo artesiano de forma a permitir ter autonomia de água.Para a luz poderá requisitar à EDP a ligação a um ramal que fica a cerca de 300m².Alternativamente, poderá optar por colocar painéis fotovoltaicos na quantidade suficiente que permita uma autonomia que baste às necessidades da moradia.
