Die Anordnung der Casitas ermöglicht den Zugang zwischen den Einheiten und bietet genügend Platz zwischen ihnen für Privatsphäre.Beim Betreten durch das elektrische Sicherheitstor steht ein privater Parkplatz für die Gäste – bis zu 4 Fahrzeuge – zur Verfügung. Das Containerhaus – 650 qm groß – ist auch 1 Schlafzimmer/1 Bad – und befindet sich direkt hinter dem Eingangstor auf der linken Seite. Es ist komplett mit Klimaanlage und einem elektrischen Warmwasserbereiter (auf Anfrage) ausgestattet. Die Gestaltung des Grundrisses trennt das Schlafzimmer vom Bad und der Küche und lässt natürliches Licht und Brisen durch das Haus strömen.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden/hinteren Seite des Grundstücks befindet sich ein gut gepflegter Wanderweg – durch ein privates Waldgebiet – der Sie in nur 6 Minuten direkt zum Strand führt!Die Strandstadt Playa Grande hat alle Vibes – lokale Pubs, Brauereien, Restaurants, Fitnesscenter und Tennisclub, medizinische und zahnärztliche Kliniken – um nur einige zu nennen. Die Unterkunft ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Strandstadt Playa Grande und innerhalb von 30 Minuten von anderen Stränden wie Conchal, Brasilito und Flamingo entfernt.
