Verbringen Sie einen typisch mallorquinischen Sommer in dieser herrlichen Finca aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Im 5m x 10m großen Privatpool zieht man schon morgens seine Bahnen. Die Tiefe beträgt zwischen 1.35m und 2.1m und das Wasser wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten. Nach dem Schwimmen kann man sich an der Aussendusche schnell abduschen. Das Schwimmbad wird von einem Garten mit acht Liegen und einer hübschen Terrasse mit Sonnendach umgeben, wo man wunderbar grillen kann. Den Kindern wird dank des kleinen Spielplatzes bestimmt nicht langweilig. Der Tischtennistisch sorgt für sportliche Abwechslung. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und die Finca ist allein stehend. Die Zimmer verteilen sich gekonnt auf 300m2 und zwei Etagen. Das Interieur der Finca ist charmant und im traditionellen Stil ausgestattet. Besonders die unverputzten Natursteinmauern und die Deckenbalken aus Holz zaubern eine warme Atmosphäre ins Haus. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher (Satellitenfernsehen) und CD-Player. Die kokette Küche ist mit Gasherd, Elektroofen und allen wichtigen Utensilien zum Kochen ausgestattet. Der offene Essbereich mit grossen Tisch bietet zehn Gästen viel Platz um zu schmausen. Una barbacoa fija va a encantar a todos los chefs que pueden sorprender a sus seres queridos con ricas carnes y verduras de la parrilla. En la mesa de ping-pong puede desafiar a su familia y amigos. La parcela está vallada y no hay vecinos directos de manera que disfrutan de su privacidad e intimidad. Las habitaciones se reparten en dos plantas y 300m2. El interior está decorado con mucho gusto, conservando el estilo auténtico y tradicional mallorquín; con paredes de piedra natural y vigas de madera.
