This beautiful bright apartment decorated in Ibiza style is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an apartment complex on the Sneekermeer. From the accommodation and its balcony you have a beautiful view over the Sneekermeer. The apartment, which is located on the first floor, is accessible via a staircase. The bright, spacious and high living room with loft has a seat near the television, here you can sit comfortably on the double sofa and separate armchair. The spacious dining table offers space for 6 people, so you can dine spaciously or invite friends or family, but the table is also spacious enough to, for example, partially work. Behind the dining table is a cozy play corner with a small seat and some toys for children. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with mirror and storage space and a toilet. Directly from the living room you step onto the private balcony with a beautiful lake view over the Princess Margriet Canal where you can enjoy this unique location in the wonderful lounge chairs. Via the industrial spiral staircase in the living room you reach the open second floor (loft) with a single bed (80x200cm) and a double bed (180x200cm), which are located in the same room. Here is also a bedside table and a cupboard for storing clothes and other luggage. The windows are equipped with blackout window coverings. On this floor you will also find the central heating cabinet and storage room containing, among other things, a vacuum cleaner. For the little ones there is a foldable camp bed (60x120cm) and a high chair. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. In the middle of the water-rich area of the Sneekermeer, this apartment is the ultimate base for water sports enthusiasts.

Diese schöne helle Wohnung im Ibiza-Stil befindet sich im 1. und 2. Stock eines Apartmentkomplexes am Sneekermeer. Von der Unterkunft und ihrem Balkon aus haben Sie einen schönen Blick über das Sneekermeer.Die Wohnung, die sich im ersten Stock befindet, ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das helle, geräumige und hohe Wohnzimmer mit Galerie hat eine Sitzgelegenheit neben dem Fernseher, hier können Sie bequem auf dem Doppelsofa und dem separaten Sessel sitzen. Der geräumige Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, sodass Sie großzügig speisen oder Freunde oder Familie einladen können, aber der Tisch ist auch geräumig genug, um beispielsweise teilweise zu arbeiten. Hinter dem Esstisch befindet sich eine gemütliche Spielecke mit einer kleinen Sitzgelegenheit und einigen Spielsachen für Kinder. Die kompakte Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochfeld, Kombi-Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Neben der Küche befindet sich das moderne Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Stauraum sowie einer Toilette. Direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus betreten Sie den privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Seeblick über den Prinzessin-Margriet-Kanal, wo Sie diese einzigartige Lage in den wunderbaren Liegestühlen genießen können. Über die industrielle Wendeltreppe im Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie in die offene zweite Etage (Loft) mit einem Einzelbett (80x200cm) und einem Doppelbett (180x200cm), die sich im selben Raum befinden. Hier ist auch ein Nachttisch und ein Schrank zur Aufbewahrung von Kleidung und anderem Gepäck. Die Fenster sind mit Verdunklungsrollos ausgestattet. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch der Zentralheizungsschrank und der Abstellraum, inklusive Staubsauger. Für die Kleinen gibt es ein klappbares Feldbett (60x120cm) und einen Hochstuhl. Haustiere sind in dieser Unterkunft leider nicht gestattet. Mitten im Wassergebiet des Sneekermeers ist diese Wohnung die ultimative Basis für Wassersportler.

Achter de eettafel is een knus speelhoekje met een klein zitje en wat speelgoed voor kinderen. De compacte keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien met een kookplaat, combi-magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast met vriesvakje, waterkoker en Nespresso koffiezetapparaat. Naast de keuken bevindt zich de moderne badkamer voorzien van inloopdouche, wastafel met spiegel en opbergruimte en een toilet. Direct vanuit de woonkamer stap je op het privé balkon met prachtig meerzicht over het Prinsesmargrietkanaal waar je in de heerlijke loungestoelen ultiem kan genieten van deze unieke locatie. Huisdieren zijn in deze accommodatie helaas niet toegestaan. Middenin de waterrijke omgeving van het Sneekermeer is dit appartement de ultieme uitvalsbasis voor watersportliefhebbers. Met allerlei activiteiten op loopafstand zal je je geen seconde vervelen. Heerlijk actief bezig zijn op de waterskibaan en daarna lekker bijkomen op het zwemstrand. Ga heerlijk wandelen in de omgeving of verken met een zeilboot of sloep de Friese wateren. Met diverse restaurants in de omgeving wordt ook de innerlijke mens zeker niet vergeten. In het centrum van Sneek zijn volop bekende winkelketens te vinden maar ook unieke winkeltjes zijn een must om te ontdekken.
