This comfortable apartment is located in Résidence Winterberg, one building with eleven apartments spread over four floors. Because of the location on a hill, two of the four floors are lower than the entrance level. It is located 1.6km from Winterberg's cosy and lively centre and about 500m from the first ski lift. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and occupies the top two floors of the building. You will find the living room on the third floor with a TV. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double setup. There are also two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet. You will find the third bedroom on the fourth floor with four single box-spring beds. Outside you will find two balconies with garden furniture. From the balconies, you can look out over the surrounding hilly landscape of Winterberg. In each apartment you'll find a high chair and a cot. For each apartment, there's one parking space at the residence. It is also possible to park the car in the public parking spaces (please note there may be a parking fee). In Résidence Winterberg, various apartments can be booked for four to eight people. Es gibt auch zwei Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und WC. Auf der vierten Etage finden Sie das dritte Schlafzimmer mit vier Boxspringbetten für jeweils eine Person. Draußen finden Sie zwei Balkone mit Gartenmöbeln. Von den Balkonen blicken Sie auf die umliegende Hügellandschaft von Winterberg. In jedem Apartment finden Sie standardmäßig einen Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderbett. Für jedes Apartment gibt es einen Parkplatz an der Straße zur Résidence. Es ist auch möglich, das Auto auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen abzustellen (Achtung, dies kann gebührenpflichtig sein).
