Just before entering the home, in the main door area there is a fantastic 7m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy a snack while sharing endless conversations with your relatives. In the property’s GF there is a fantastic 50m2 furnished terrace which is accessed from the living room and through which you have direct access to the pebble beach located in front of the property. In 200m you will find a wonderful sandy beach where you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere with your loved ones. In this terrace there are 2 sunbeds for sunbathing while enjoying the sea breeze, and an area with awnings where you can share unforgettable moments with your friends and family. In the 1F there is a balcony which is accessed from one of the rooms and in the 2F a 20m2 terrace where you can hang clothes. In the -1F or basement of the house is the garage in which you can park a total of 2 vehicles, and home’s privacy is partial. Upon entering the house you will find the property’s living room area with air conditioning. In the living room you can relax watching TV, watching the fantastic views or reading a good book. Der Strand in Son Serra de Marina ist im Normalfall auch während der Hochsaison eher ruhig. Es gibt dort keine grossen Hotelanlagen oder Geschäfte und der Ort ist vom Massentourismus noch weitgehend verschont geblieben. Die Gegend ist ideal für Wanderausflüge, z.B. zur öffentlichen Finca Son Real, zur Nekropolis (Gräber aus der Eisenzeit) oder bis zur kleinen Insel „des Porros“. Viel lebhafter geht es im 10 km entfernten Can Picafort zu. Hier kann man nicht nur Wassersportarten (Windsurfen, Kitesurfen, Jetski...) ausüben sondern auch die Nacht zum Tag machen. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Eventuelle Nebenkosten müssen beim Anbieter nachgefragt werden. Haustiere sind verboten. En la P-1 de la casa tiene acceso al garaje en el cual se pueden estacionar un total de 2 vehículos y la privacidad de la totalidad de la vivienda es parcial. Nada más entrar en la vivienda se encontrará con el área del salón comedor con aire acondicionado.
