The chlorine pool is huge and has a size of 16m x 8m and a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m. It is surrounded by a well kept Mediterranean garden, where you can sunbathe on one of the six loungers, taking a snack under the awning or take a refreshing outdoor shower. If you like cooking outside, on the furnished porch you will find a fixed barbecue. Besides, there is another porch overlooking the pool, which is an ideal place for breakfast. Depending on the season, the different fruit trees like orange, lemon and peach trees bear some tasty fruit. This property is totally private and doesn´t have any direct neighbors. Not only from the outside but also from the inside, this property is a treasure. A spacious living room, decorated with rustic elements and all the equipment including air conditioning, DVD and satellite TV, invites you to feel at home. During the offseason, you can have a cup of tea next to the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook like at home. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one with a double bed and there are 2 bedrooms with each two twin beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobe. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtube. In one of the bathrooms you will find the washing machine, the iron and ironing board. For our younger guests we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs. Búger is an authentic village in the center-north of Mallorca, about 15 kilometers from the coast. In the center of Búger you ´ll find a grocery store and some restaurants. More services and large supermarkets are in the neighborhood village called Sa Pobla. Around Búger there are many rural roads for biking and hiking. You can visit the underground sources of Campanet, which begin to sprout after heavy rains or make a long trip to the monastery of Lluc. Regarding to the beaches, the next sandy beach is the Playa de Muro which is a peaceful beach protected by the dunes. Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia are more animated and feature every imaginable service. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, along the beach passing through the Playa de Muro. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. Wenn es Ihnen gefällt draußen zu kochen, auf der möblierten Veranda finden Sie einen Steingrill. Es gibt eine weitere Veranda mit Poolblick, ein idealer Ort zu frühstücken. Je nach Jahreszeit gibt es verschiedene Obstbäume, wie Orangen, Zitronen und Pfirsich. Diese Finca ist absolut privat und hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Von außen, wie auch von innen ist diese Finca ein Juwel. Ein großes Wohn-/ Esszimmer, dekoriert mit rustikalen Elementen und komplett ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, DVD- Player und SAT- TV lässt Sie wie zu Hause fühlen. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr schön eine Tasse Tee neben dem Kamin zu trinken. Die separate Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, damit man wie zu Hause kochen kann. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, alle mit Klimaanlage und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Es verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Die Waschmaschine, das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett befindet sich in eines der Badezimmer. Für unsere kleinen Gäste stellen wir zwei Babybetten und zwei Hochstühle zur Verfügung. Buger ist ein authentisches Dorf nördlich gelegen von Mallorca und 15 km von der Küste entfernt. Im Ort finden Sie einen Lebensmittelladen und Restaurants. Mehr Annehmlichkeiten und Supermärkte finden Sie im Nachbarort Sa Pobla. In der Umgebung von Buger gibt es viele Feldwege für Fahrradfahrer und Wanderer. Sie können die unterirdischen Quellen von Campanet besuchen, die nach heftigem Regen anfangen zu sprudeln oder einen langen Ausflug zum Kloster Lluc machen. Der nächstgelegene Sandstrand ist Playa de Muro und ist ein ruhiger Strand inmitten von Dünen. Can Picafort und Puerto Alcudia sind lebendiger und verfügen über alle vorstellbaren Annehmlichkeiten. Está rodeada por un jardín mediterráneo muy bien cuidado, donde tomar el sol en seis tumbonas, tomar un aperitivo debajo del toldo o darse una ducha exterior refrescante. Si le gusta cocinar fuera, en el porche amueblado, encuentra una barbacoa fija. Aparte, hay otro porche con vistas a la piscina, un lugar idóneo para desayunar. Según temporada, diferentes árboles frutales, entre ellos naranjos, limoneros y melocotoneros, llevan frutas sabrosas. Esta finca es totalmente privada y no hay vecinos directos. No solo por fuera, sino también por dentro, esta finca es una joya. Un amplio salón-comedor, decorado con elementos rústicos y con todo el equipamiento como aire acondicionado, DVD y televisión de satélite, invita a sentirse en casa. Durante la temporada baja, es muy bonito tomar una taza de té al lado de la chimenea. La cocina independiente está totalmente equipada para que pueda cocinar como en su propia casa. Respecto a los dormitorios, hay uno con una cama doble y dos con dos camas individuales, todos con aire acondicionado y armario. Dos baños, uno con ducha y el otro con bañera, dan servicio a la casa. La lavadora, la plancha y la tabla para planchar se encuentran en uno de los baños. Para nuestros huéspedes más pequeños facilitamos hasta dos cunas y dos tronas. Búger es un pueblo auténtico en el centro-norte de Mallorca, a más o menos 15 kilómetros de la costa. En el centro encuentra una tienda de comestibles y restaurantes. Más servicios y supermercados grandes hay en el pueblo vecinal de Sa Pobla. Alrededor de Búger hay muchos caminos rurales para hacer bicicleta y senderismo. Puede visitar las fuentes subterráneas de Campanet, que empiezan a brotar después de fuertes lluvias o hacer una excursión larga al monasterio de Lluc. Respecto a las playas, la próxima playa de arena es la de Playa de Muro y es un lugar tranquilo respaldado por las dunas. Can Picafort y Puerto de Alcúdia son más animados y disponen de todos los servicios imaginables. Si le gusta andar, puede llegar de Alcúdia a Can Picafort, atravesando toda Playa de Muro.
