After a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area. The house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest the house has 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. The first one with two single beds, another one with a bunk bed, a third one with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and high chair on request. Cala d'Or is a tourist area par excellence in the south of Mallorca. Apart from having all the services you need for an independent stay, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... it also has a great holiday atmosphere to spend an unforgettable holiday. The closest beach to the house is Cala Egos, a small sandy beach with turquoise waters that will delight our visitors. In this area you can find other beautiful beaches such as Cala d'Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... You can also visit inland villages such as Felanitx and Campos and get to know the local traditions. If you want to play golf you have a golf course really close, only 8.5 km away. The communal swimming pool is always open. The use of the air conditioning is free of charge from 21h to 7h and from 14h to 16h. If you wish to use it 24h, it has an additional cost. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Es handelt sich um einen 7 x 7 m großen Chlorpool mit einer Tiefe von 1,4 m. Es gibt auch einen Kinderschwimmbereich mit einer Größe von 3,5 x 3,5 Metern und einer Tiefe von 0,40 Metern. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Gartenbereich, in dem sich unsere Gäste auf einem der Liegestühle neben dem Haus sonnen, unter dem Sonnenschirm ein Buch lesen oder auf der schönen möblierten Veranda ein leckeres Barbecue zubereiten können. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und es gibt andere Chalets in dieser ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Haus hat 130 m2 verteilt auf zwei Etagen. Eine kleine Bar trennt diesen Raum von der Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist, um während Ihres Urlaubs zu kochen: Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler,... Im Haus finden Sie auch eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Zum Ausruhen hat das Haus 5 Schlafzimmer. Das erste befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat ein Doppelbett. Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne vervollständigt diese Etage. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die restlichen Schlafzimmer. Das erste mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein weiteres mit einem Etagenbett, ein drittes mit zwei Einzelbetten und das letzte mit einem Doppelbett. Alle Schlafzimmer auf beiden Etagen sind mit Kleiderschränken und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, und einige haben Zugang zur Terrasse oder zum Balkon. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Wenn Sie mit einem Baby reisen, können wir Ihnen auf Anfrage ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung stellen. Se trata de una piscina de cloro que mide 7 x 7 metros y que tiene una profundidad de 1.4 metros. Hay también una zona de baño infantil de 3.5 x 3.5 metros con una profundidad de 0.40 metros. La casa cuenta con una zona de jardín privado, donde nuestros invitados también podrán tomar el sol en una de las tumbonas junto a la casa, leer un libro bajo la sombrilla o preparar una deliciosa barbacoa que disfrutar en el bonito porche amueblado. El jardín se encuentra vallado y hay otros chalecitos en este tranquilo residencial. La casa tiene 130 m2 distribuidos en dos plantas. Al entrar en la planta baja encontramos una gran sala compartida por salón, comedor y cocina. Está equipada con sofás donde sentarse a ver la televisión por satélite (canales alemanes) mientras nos refrescamos con el aire acondicionado. La zona de comedor cuenta con una mesa que puede acoger con comodidad a 9 comensales. Una pequeña barra diferencia este espacio de la cocina que se encuentra completamente equipada para cocinar durante las vacaciones: vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas,... En la casa también encontrarás lavadora, plancha y tabla para planchar. Para descansar la casa dispone de 5 dormitorios. El primero de ellos se encuentra en la planta baja y cuenta con una cama de matrimonio. Un baño con bañera completa la planta. Escaleras arriba encontramos el resto de los dormitorios. El primero con dos camas individuales, otro con litera, un tercero con otras dos camas individuales y el último con cama de matrimonio. Todos los dormitorios en ambas plantas están equipados con armarios y aire acondicionado, y algunos tienen salida a la terraza o al balcón. Una baño con bañera da servicio a esta planta. Si viajas con un bebé podemos proporcionarte una cuna y una trona bajo petición. Cala d’Or es una zona turística por excelencia en el sur de Mallorca. La playa más cercana a la casa es Cala Egos que una pequeña playa de arena con aguas turquesas que hará las delicias de nuestros visitantes. En esta zona encontramos otras playas preciosas como Cala d’Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... Puedes visitar también pueblos de interior como Felanitx y Campos y conocer las tradiciones locales. Si quieres jugar al golf tienes un campo realmente cerca, a tan solo 8.5 km. La piscina comunitaria está siempre abierta. El uso del aire acondicionado es gratuito de 21h a 7h y de 14h a 16h.
