Fantastic house within a bathrobe's distance of a small sandy beach in Pukaviksbukten. Perfect house for family and friends to create holiday memories in. Spacious with several patios to enjoy the sun and shade with a sea view. The garden is fenced for child safety and available for play and activity. Just behind the house there is a playground for use by all houses in the area. Through the gate at the front of the house you reach the entrance on the wooden deck that surrounds 3 of the house's sides. The hall is spacious and inviting with an open plan between the kitchen and living room. There is a stove to burn in for warmth and increased coziness. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and has room for everyone around the dining room furniture. With double exits to the terrace, it is close to the grill and outdoor furniture to gather around for shared meals. Bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people on the lower level. Open staircase to the upper floor with high ceilings has another large living room. A sofa set with various board games to use during your stay is available here. Patio door to a larger furnished balcony with endless views of the sea and a smaller balcony at the front of the house also here with fantastic views. The bedroom with an open view up to the ridge has a double bed and a single bed under the sloping ceiling. Downstairs there is a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are several child-friendly long sandy beaches in the area. Alholmen, which is the closest, also has a convenience store, ice cream and a summer restaurant with full rights. Gummagården's farm shop with home furnishings, clothes and locally grown vegetables can be recommended. Eriksberg's wildlife safari, half an hour's drive away, offers beautiful nature with freely roaming Swedish wild animals. There are also hiking trails around the area and a suspension bridge over the bay. The holiday home is located midway between Karlshamn and Sölvesborg, both of which are small town idylls to discover. Der Eingangsbereich ist geräumig und offen zum kombinierten Wohn- und Küchenbereich hin. Ein Kaminofen sorgt für Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger ausgestattet und bietet Platz für alle am Essbereich. Zwei Ausgänge führen hinaus auf die Terrasse, wo sich Grill und Gartenmöbel für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten befinden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet außerdem sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett für zwei Personen. Eine offene Treppe führt hinauf in das Obergeschoss mit hohen Decken und einem weiteren großen Wohnzimmer. Hier steht eine Sitzgarnitur für Ihren Aufenthalt bereit. Durch eine Terrassentür gelangt man hinaus auf einen größeren, möblierten Balkon mit weitem Meerblick! Ein kleinerer Balkon an der Vorderseite des Hauses bietet ebenfalls eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Schlafzimmer oben, mit freiem Blick auf den Bergrücken, ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett unter der Dachschräge ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich zudem ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere kinderfreundliche, lange Sandstrände.
