This cosy 250 m² pool house is located on 3500 m² of natural grounds, where there is an outdoor hot tub, swings and a sandpit for the children. The house was built in 2009 and is approximately 2 km from the roaring North Sea. In the lovely pool room, the whole family can enjoy themselves in the large pool, on the water slide or in the sunken hot tub. And out on the terrace is a large 7-person hot tub that can be enjoyed all year round. The enclosed terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. The luxury house has 3 bathrooms with toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating. A heat pump and the cosy pellet stove heat the house. The pool house has 18 beds: 4 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 4 bunk beds each, and 1 room with 2 single beds. 2 pets are allowed. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED There is no TV2 channel or pay channels in the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience. Das Haus wurde 2009 erbaut und liegt ca. 2 km vom rauschenden Nordseeufer entfernt. Im herrlichen Poolbereich kann sich die ganze Familie im großen Pool, auf der Wasserrutsche oder im versenkten Whirlpool vergnügen. Auf der Terrasse steht ein großer Whirlpool für 7 Personen, der das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden kann. Auf der geschlossenen Terrasse befinden sich Gartenmöbel und ein Grill. Das Luxushaus verfügt über 3 Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Duschkabine und Fußbodenheizung. Eine Wärmepumpe und der gemütliche Pelletofen heizen das Haus. Im Poolhaus gibt es 18 Schlafplätze: 4 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, 2 Zimmer mit jeweils 4 Etagenbetten, 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. 2 Haustiere sind erlaubt. RAUCHEN IST NICHT ERLAUBT Es gibt keinen TV2-Kanal und keine Pay-TV-Kanäle im Haus.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst.
