Dal terrazzo sovrastante si può godere di un incantevole vista sul Golfo di Castellammare. E’ Ideale per una vacanza sana ed offre il vantaggio di godere di un mare splendido e trascorrere ore di vero relax nella natura. La villa comprende una grande casa centrale composta di due tre camere da letto, una cucina abitabile, un salotto ed due servizi (uno interno, l'altro esterno). Nella parte posteriore si trovano due stanze en suite nella depéndance. Il tutto è circondato da un giardino ben curato. La cucina rustica interna è dotata di tutti tutti gli utensili necessari (forno elettrico, grande frigorifero con congelatore e fuochi a gas e TV, un grande tavolo da pranzo). Il piazzale antistante la cucina esterna funge da salotto per esterni e presenta un tavolo per 15 persone. Il tavolo è coperto da un gazebo. Ottimo per giornate di puro relax.

Die Villa ist vom Grün eines Hügels voller Vegetation außerhalb des Stadtverkehrs umgeben. Es befindet sich in der Nähe der Touristenzentren Terrasini, Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo und Segesta. Umgeben von einer rustikalen Landschaft Es ist sehr ruhig und auch im Sommer gut belüftet. Von der Terrasse oben genießen Sie einen bezaubernden Blick auf den Golf von Castellammare. Es ist ideal für einen gesunden Urlaub und bietet den Vorteil, ein herrliches Meer zu genießen und Stunden wahrer Entspannung in der Natur zu verbringen. Die Villa verfügt über ein großes zentrales Haus, das aus zwei drei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmern besteht (eines innen, das andere außen). Im hinteren Bereich befinden sich zwei Zimmer mit Bad. Das Ganze ist umgeben aus einem gepflegten Garten. Die rustikale Innenküche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet (Elektroherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Gasbrenner und Fernseher, großer Esstisch). Der Platz vor der Außenküche dient als Lounge für draußen und hat einen Tisch für 15 Personen. Der Tisch ist mit einem Pavillon bedeckt. Hervorragend für Tage purer Entspannung.

La rústica cocina interna está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios (horno eléctrico, nevera grande con congelador y quemadores de gas y TV, una gran mesa de comedor). La plaza frente a la cocina exterior sirve como salón para afuera y tiene una mesa para 15 personas. La mesa está cubierta por una glorieta. Excelente para días de pura relajación.

De villa is omgeven door het groen van een heuvel vol met vegetatie, weg van het stadsverkeer. De villa bestaat uit een groot centraal huis met 3 slaapkamers, een keuken, een woonkamer en 2 badkamers (een binnen, de andere buiten). Aan de achterkant zijn 2 extra slaapkamers met een eigen badkamer in de depéndance. Ideaal voor een familievakantie. Het is gelegen nabij de toeristische centra van Terrasini, Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo en Segesta. De villa wordt omgeven door een rustiek landschap.
