Bright and exceptional apartment in historic monastery complex at the gates of Cologne in Frechen-Königsdorf, just a few minutes from the nearby Königsdorfer Forst. By car you can reach the city center of Cologne within 20 minutes. The S-Bahn station Frechen-Königsdorf is located 1.6 km away, here you can also take the bus, which leaves directly in front of the door. Shopping facilities such as REWE, ALDI and EDEKA can be reached by car in a few minutes. The apartment of 105m² extends over 3 floors. On the 1st floor you will find the large kitchen area with cooking island and long dining table, which offers space for 6 people. Through the French doors you step onto the spacious terrace. There is also a guest toilet next to the entrance area. A staircase leads to the 2nd floor. Here you will find the open living area with a cozy couch, a hanging armchair, TV and an open fireplace (unfortunately it can not be used, but the existing candles still create a cozy atmosphere). Über die nächste Treppe erreicht ihr den offenen Schlafbereich im Dachgeschoß mit Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm).
