The two-room apartment itself is by its location, located to the rear. All windows face the beautiful garden and the private terrace. The garden is a communal garden that is almost NEVER used by other residents. Thus, it becomes virtually a private garden, which is used at most by the neighboring apartment, which also has direct access through the apartment to the garden (like yourself). In spring, summer and autumn, it is simply pure luxury to have the privilege of sitting in your garden in the middle of downtown Cologne and spending beautiful days or evenings. The apartment is fully furnished. Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, etc.. - everything is there. There is enough space for clothing and personal belongings and clothes in a built-in closet, in the bedroom. Bei dem Garten handelt es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsgarten der nahezu NIE von anderen Hausbewohnern genutzt wird. Somit wird er quasi zu einem privaten Garten, der höchstens von der Nachbarwohnung genutzt wird, die ebenfalls direkten Zugriff durch die Wohnung zu dem Garten hat (wie man selbst). Im Frühjahr, Sommer und Herbst ist es einfach purer Luxus, mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt das Privileg zu haben, in seinem Garten zu sitzen und schöne Tage oder Abend zu verbringen. Lange Sommernächte bei einem schönen Glas Wein zu erleben, und des Tages Revue passieren zu lassen. Durch die West-Lage scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag in den Garten. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Putzmittel u.s.w. – alles ist da. Bei Bedarf gibt es gegen Zuzahlung, einen Putz- und Wäscheservice. Heizung, Strom und Internet inkl.! Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 140 cm breit. Es gibt genügend Platz für Bekleidung und persönliche Gegenstände sowie Anziehsachen in einem eingebauten Schrank, im Schlafzimmer. Im Flur befindet sich ebenfalls ein Deckenhoher Schrank mit Aufhängemöglichkeiten sowie Regalböden für Oberteile, Hosen etc. Internet ist der Wohnung vorhanden.
