Das Haus wurde 1978 gebaut, wurde aber nach und nach Kernsaniert und auf einen modernen Stand gebracht. Letzte Baumaßnahme erfolgte im Herbst/Winter 2023. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Im Garten oder auf der Terrasse kann man schöne Tage verbringen. Im vorderen Bereich des Hauses wurden Granitplatten mit einer eingelassenen Beleuchtung verlegt. Im Erdgeschoss ist Wohn- und Essbereich, Küche, Flur und Gäste-WC. Im kompletten Erdgeschoss wurde ein Marmorboden verlegt. Ein kleiner Garderobenbereich ist im Flur untergebracht. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich Schlafzimmer, Ankleidezimmer und Fitnesszimmer, genauso wie Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Keller ist ein großzügiges Zimmer, das zurzeit als Gästezimmer benutzt wird. Ebenso großzügig ist auch das Badezimmer. Der Keller verfügt über einen extra Zugang mit hochwertiger Eingangstür. Waschküche und der Heizungsraum, sowie ein Abstellraum darf man im Keller nicht vermissen. Der Dachboden wurde ausgebaut, wodurch ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit zwei Panoramafenstern entstanden ist.
