If you want a Swedish designer apartment, you've come to the wrong place! For us, comfort and a feeling of home are our top priority. You can see this in our colorfully mixed furniture, which is new, comes from junk or was taken over from our grandparents. We rent our fully furnished and renovated 3-room apartment in Erfurt-Daberstedt. It is centrally located and only about an 8-minute walk from the train station in a small, quiet side street. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse with a total of 10 parties. The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Bosch built-in appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, refrigerator and separate storage room, a spacious living room with dining/work area and sofa corner, two bedrooms (a queen-size double bed and, if necessary, a cot 70x1.40m , a small double bed), bathroom with shower tray and a large south-facing balcony facing the green inner courtyard. The garden in the courtyard can be used. Parking is available directly on the street or in the surrounding streets. Towels, bedding and cleaning utilities will be provided free of charge. Internet with Waipu TV and Netflix is included in lease price. Minimum period is one month, love to let for a longer period. Some information about the location. Bei uns steht Gemütlichkeit und ein Zuhause-Gefühl an erster Stelle. Das sieht man an unseren buntgemischten Möbeln, die neu sind, vom Trödel kommen oder aber auch von unseren Großeltern übernommen wurden. Unsere vollmöblierte und renovierte 3-Raum-Wohnung in Erfurt-Daberstedt ist zentral nur ca. 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof in einer kleinen, ruhigen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse) gelegen. Sie liegt im 1. OG eines Stadthauses mit insgesamt 10 Parteien. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine vollausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Bosch Einbaugeräten, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen/Pfannen, Kühlschrank und separater Abstellkammer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Ess-/Arbeitsbereich und Sofaecke, zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Queensize-Doppelbett , bei Bedarf ein Kinderbett 70x1,40m und ein kleines Doppelbett), Bad mit Duschwanne und ein großer Südseiten-Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Der Garten im Innenhof kann mit genutzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Straße oder den umliegenden Straßen. Handtücher, Bettzeug und Reinigungsutensilien können kostenlos genutzt werden. Internet/Telefon-Anschluss (Vodafone) + Waipu TV mit Netflix vorhanden und im Mietpreis enthalten. Mindestmietdauer ist 1 Monat, gerne über längeren Zeitraum.
