Since I would like to travel, I am looking for a subtenant (maximum 2 persons) for my beautiful 3-room apartment in the popular district of Cologne Ehrenfeld (Vogelsang) from April 2024 for at least one year. The quiet first floor apartment is located in a semi-detached house in which there is only one other apartment with its own entrance. The apartment is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery...The train station is the immediate vicinity, taking you to Cologne Central Station in less than 10 minutes. Buses and the subway line 3/4 as well as numerous shopping facilities are also within walking distance. The highway access to the A1 and the B 57 are also close by. The apartment is also within walking distance of numerous recreational areas and leisure activities, such as a nature reserve with a lake, parks and small forests. The apartment has a light-flooded, spacious living and work area with a view of the own large terrace and garden. In the living room you have access to several sports equipment like an exercise bike, TV and telephone. Adjacent to the living area is the open dining room, which leads to the open kitchen and the bedroom. The bright kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, as well as crockery and a wide range of kitchen utensils. The bedroom stands out due to numerous storage options, such as a complete wall unit with vanity area and a large mirrored wardrobe. The bedroom also has a high-quality 1,40m box-spring bed with gel mattress. The modern windowed bathroom, accessible from the kitchen, has a walk-in shower with ceiling lights. I would also like to rent out my car. It is a two-tone Renault Capture Diesel (brown, black) with heated leather seats and darkened rear windows in a very good condition. Die ruhige Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte, in der es nur noch eine weitere Wohnung mit eigenem Zugang gibt. Die Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße, hat einen Stellplatz vor der Tür und einen direkten Zugang zur eigenen großen überdachten Terrasse und zum eigenen großen Garten. Die Wohnung wird vollständig möbliert vermietet, einschließlich TV, Telefon, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Lampen, Gartenmöbel und -geräte sowie WiFi, Kabel und Festnetz. Zur Verfügung steht auch eine überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und ein Keller, in dem sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befindet.
