Just a minute from the lake and with your own garden. Thanks to the natural materials clay and wood, the house has a wonderful indoor climate, you simply feel good here! We built the semi-detached house the way we as a young family would like it ourselves and showed attention to detail in the furnishings. There is an open hatch between the kitchen and the dining room, and in the winter garden right next door you can snuggle up and relax with a cup of tea and a good book. Ideal for people looking for the unique atmosphere of a newly renovated clay plastered house with exposed wooden beams. With three bedrooms, each with a double bed, the semi-detached house is designed for six people. The bathroom is equipped with natural stone and a rain shower, essentially a small wellness oasis. Thanks to a fiber optic connection, you are well connected despite living in the country. We have paid particular attention to child-friendliness, there are baby gates on the stairs and we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair upon request. Cars rarely drive here, you can play outside, watch the horses in the neighboring stable and feed the sheep. The newly landscaped garden invites you to spend relaxing evenings around the fire bowl or grill. The garden itself is finished, only the bushes still have to work a little harder to become hedges.

Wir haben die Doppelhaushälfte so gebaut, wie wir als junge Familie sie gerne selbst hätten und in der Einrichtung Liebe zum Detail gezeigt. Zwischen der Küche und dem Esszimmer ist eine offene Durchreiche, im Wintergarten gleich nebenan kann man sich mit einer Tasse Tee und einem guten Buch hin kuscheln und entspannen. Ideal für Leute, die die einzigartige Atmosphäre eines frisch renovierten, lehmverputzten Hauses mit freiliegenden Holzbalken suchen. Mit drei Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Doppelbett ist die Doppelhaushälfte ausgelegt für sechs Personen. Das Badezimmer ist mit Naturstein und Regendusche ausgestattet, quasi eine kleine Wellnessoase. Durch einen Glasfaseranschluss ist man trotz des Landlebens gut vernetzt. Wir haben besonders auf Kinderfreundlichkeit geachtet, an den Treppen sind Babyschutzgitter angebracht und auf Nachfrage stellen wir gerne ein Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl bereit. Autos fahren hier nur selten, man kann draußen super spielen, Pferden im benachbarten Stall zugucken und die Schafe füttern. Der neu angelegte Garten lädt für entspannte Abende an der Feuerschale oder am Grill ein. Der Garten ist an sich fertig, nur die Sträucher müssen sich noch etwas anstrengen, um zu Hecken zu werden.
