It consists of 2 rooms: The first room has a large bed (1,8m), a cupboard and a 65 inch flatscreen TV with Playstation 4. The second room has a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens household appliances (small dishwasher, fridge, oven), coffee maker, cuttlery, etc, a sofa and a table for up to 3 persons. The big bathroom has a bathtube, a window and a washing machine from Siemens. Wifi is included and free of charge. Central location with English garden on the other side of the street. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Public transportation: Tram 16 is directly in front of the building and the next station "Paradiesstraße" is 3 minutes away. The busses 154, 187, 54, 68 are a 5 minutes walk away.
