This 400-year-old house, which has a listed gabled façade, has been extensively renovated. It offers approx. 65 square metres on 3 levels and a sunny, enchanted garden. There you can linger and barbecue, have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine. A lovely place to go on holiday, enjoy city life and still feel undisturbed in the middle of the city. On the ground floor is the hallway, the fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, the bathroom with shower/bathtub and the separate toilet and access to the garden. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the living room with three large mullioned windows and an old wooden floor. Our favourite place is the comfortable large sofa. Here you can read, watch TV or simply relax. A staircase leads to the first floor with a large dormer window to the front and a skylight. We have dispensed with carpets here as there is also a beautiful old wooden floor. Double bed and built-in wardrobes. Another steep staircase leads to the attic. There is a very small room there. Ein schöner Ort, um Ferien zu machen, das Stadtleben zu genießen und sich dennoch mitten in der Stadt ungestört zu fühlen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Flur, die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem gemütlichen Essplatz , das Bad mit Dusche/ Badrwanne und die separate Toilette und Zugang zum Garten. Über eine Treppe kommt man in das Obergeschoss. Hier befindet sich der Wohnraum mit drei großen Sprossenfenstern und einem alten Holzfußboden. Unser Lieblingsplatz ist das gemütliche große Sofa. . Hier kann man lesen, fernsehen oder einfach ruhen. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in das zweite Obergeschoss mit einem großen Gaubenfenster nach vorn und einem Dachflächenfenster. Auf Teppiche haben wir hier verzichtet, auch hier gibt es einen schönen alten Holzfußboden. Doppelbett und eingebaute Kleiderschränke. Über eine weitere steile Treppe gelangt man in den Spitzboden.
