The nearest metro station is Blanche. Standing: Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmann building with elevator. The access is secured by a digicode and a second door with intercom. The windows of the living room, the dining room and the master bedroom all open onto a small balcony overlooking the street. The other two bedrooms open onto a lovely courtyard. The third and last bedroom is accessible from the dining room and from the second bedroom. It has two single bunk beds (90x190) and also overlooks the courtyard. A second bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You can easily store your suitcases and bulky items. This magnificent apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for authenticity, refinement, comfort and aesthetics!
