FURTHER EQUIPMENT The apartment has a balcony where you can relax wonderfully. It is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a TV with HDMI cable (without satellite connection). The large closet offers plenty of storage space. LOCATION The apartment is located in a side street of a quiet residential area - not far from the city center, the Maschsee and various shopping facilities and cafés. The nearest subway station is a 5-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop 3 minutes. You can reach the city center or the main train station in 5 minutes by bus or subway. You can walk to the city center (Kröpcke) in 15 minutes, to the train station in 20 minutes and to the beautiful Maschsee lake in 15 minutes. The Continental headquarters are only a 20-minute walk away. The nearest (very good!) bakery is only a 2-minute walk away, the nearest supermarket (Edeka or Netto) a 5-minute walk. A very nice café, where you can also work, and a wine bar are also just 2 minutes away. WEITERE AUSSTATTUNG Wohnung hat einen Balkon, auf dem es sich wunderbar entspannen lässt. Außerdem ist sie mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, einem Ofen und einem Fernseher mit HDMI-Kabel (ohne Satellitenanschluss) ausgestattet. Der große Kleiderschrank bietet viel Stauraum. LAGE Die Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße eines ruhigen Wohnviertels - unweit der Innenstadt, des Maschsees und diverser Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten. Mit Bus oder U-Bahn ist man jeweils in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. am Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten jeweils in der Innenstadt (Kröpcke), in 20 Minuten am Bahnhof und in 15 Minuten am schönen Maschsee. Das Continental Headquarter ist nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt.
