This cute little backyard building is the ideal accommodation for "new Hamburg residents" who want to look around and get their bearings, or for temporary Hamburg residents/commuters who live in Hamburg for professional reasons or for the duration of a project, for example, but do not want to miss comfort and convenience. Because you hardly have to worry about anything - the house is fully furnished, and the rent of €1,850 per month already includes electricity, water and WiFi. The minimum rental period is 3 months, maximum rental period limited; by arrangement. In addition to comfortable furnishings and kitchen equipment for everyday needs, it offers a quiet retreat with a beautiful terrace with a view of the greenery (shared garden possible by arrangement). The house is located on a shared plot behind the main house and can be reached via a paved driveway. You enter the house via a private entrance and in the hallway area you will find a shoe and coat rack as well as a hat rack with further fastening options for coats. This is followed by a light-flooded living room with an open kitchen-diner. The living room is equipped with a Rolf Benz corner couch and a flat-screen smart TV. A round dining table with comfortable dining chairs invites you to eat and sit together. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction stove, oven,, free-standing LG fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. The bathroom, which is also on the ground floor, was recently completely renovated and equipped with a walk-in rain shower. An illuminated bathroom mirror, vanity unit with two practical pull-outs, towels and wall-mounted soap dispenser are also included. An open staircase leads to the upper floor to the bedroom with a double box spring bed (including blankets and bed linen), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room next to it offers a workstation with a chair and a couch. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area in Hamburg Schnelsen. Connection to public transport, e.g. via bus lines 5 and 191, and close to the A7 motorway exit. The airport can be reached in around 15 minutes by car or taxi.
