It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a bathtub, a guest toilet and a washing machine in the basement laundry room. The apartment building has a small backyard with a charming fire escape. A few boxes of our personal belongings will be discretely stored away. LOCATION: The apartment sets itself apart due to the ideal location: Situated in a quiet side street just off Zülpicher Straße. The location allows for peace and quiet yet allows easy access to fun late-night outings. Easy access to public transportation is also guaranteed, via the Köln Süd train station (4 minutes) as well as the tram stops Dasselstraße (4 minutes), Zülpicher Platz, Barberossaplatz and Eifelwall, which can all be reached in 7-10 minutes. The nearby grocery stores (Penny 5 min, REWE 7 min) and many restaurants and food vendours offer everything the hungry heart desires. There are also beautiful green spaces (Uniwiese, Aachener Weiher) and sports facilities (Unisport, Trainingslager, JustFit) in the immediate vicinity.
