We are subletting our apartment from mid-February to mid-June due to a temporary stay abroad. A shorter or longer rental period may be possible by arrangement. The apartment is well laid out, fully furnished, and offers everything you need, including a washing machine, iron, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. It is located directly next to Zoopark on Graf-Recke Street in the Düsseltal district. The apartment is approximately 104 sqm in size. The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious kitchen, which opens directly onto a loggia of about 15 sqm. The kitchen equipment can be used if needed. The living room is relatively small but includes everything you need, such as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is quiet, overlooking the Düssel river. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest WC. The apartment is suitable for 2 people as there is no children’s room or extra bedroom. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and well-insulated. Heating is provided via underfloor heating. A bus to the main train station stops directly in front of the building, and the tram as well as shopping options are just a 10-minute walk away. An underground parking space can be used, though street parking is usually available as well. Pets are not allowed. However, it would be great if the plants could be taken care of. Nach Absprache ist ggf. auch eine längere oder kürzere Mietdauer möglich. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, voll möbiliert und bietet alles was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, eine vollausgestattete Küche etc. und befindet sich direkt neben dem Zoopark an der Graf-Recke Straße im Stadtteil Düsseltal. Die Wohnung ist ca 104qm groß. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist die große Küche an die direkt die ca 15qm große Loggia grenzt. Die Küchenausstattung kann bei Bedarf gerne mitgenutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist eher klein gehalten, bietet aber alles was man braucht, wie ein Sofa und Fernseher. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig, mit Blick auf die Düssel gelegen, zudem gibt es ein Badzimmer inkl. Badewanne und ein Gäste WC. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen, da es kein Kinderzimmer oder zusätzliches Zimmer gibt. Alle Fenster sind bodentief und gut isoliert. Geheizt wird mit einer Bodenheizung. Der Bus Richtung Hauptbahnhof fährt direkt vor der Tür und die Straßenbahn, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz kann mitgenutzt werden, es finden sich aber normalerweise auch Parkplätze an der Straße. Tiere sind nicht erlaubt.
