Holiday home with a beautiful location, great view and lots of sun. In winter, there are only a few hundred meters to the ski slopes on the golf course of Hemsedal Golfalpin. 15–20 min. drive to Hemsedal ski centre. Large plot not too close to neighbors. The cabin is built in traditional Norwegian style and has a spacious terrace. Cozy living room with both a fireplace and a wood-burning stove and access to the terrace. Cable TV and internet. Well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with a lovely hot tub. Washing machine and dryer. The cabin has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with bunk beds. There is a large veranda as well as a lawn, a swing stand on the plot and a fire pit for barbecuing. Towels and bed linen are included in the rent. When conditions permit, there are ski slopes up to the Gravset ski stadium and the trail network there. Toboggan run for the children 300 meters from the cabin. Hemsedal ski center is one of the best ski center in Norway, run by Skistar with all associated offers. Countless summit tours available in the Hemsedal area. In the summer, you are only a few hundred meters from hole 4 on a great and challenging mountain golf course. The course accepts Greenfee guests and is rarely fully booked. Good hiking opportunities on both sides of the valley and a large selection of summit hikes and mountain hikes of varying difficulty only a short drive away. Other activity options in the Hemsedal area are fishing, horse riding, via ferrata, mountain biking, canoeing etc. There is a small water park for children of all ages at Tropicana on Gol approx. 15 minutes’ drive from the cabin. The holiday home is not let to youth groups.

Ferienhaus mit schöner Lage, hübscher Aussicht ins Grüne und guten Sonnenbedingungen. Im Winter sind es nur wenige hundert Meter zu den Skipisten des Golfplatzes Hemsedal Golfalpin. Etwa 15–20 Min. Anfahrt zum Skizentrum Hemsedal. Großes Grundstück mit guter Entfernung zu den Nachbarhäusern. Das traditionell eingerichtete Ferienhaus in norwegischem Stil hat eine geräumige, überdachte Veranda. Innen erwartet Sie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Holzofen sowie Zugang zur Veranda. Kabelfernsehen und WLAN vorhanden. Außerdem gut ausgestattete Küche sowie zwei Badezimmer im Haus, eines davon mit einem schönen Whirlpool. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Haus. Dazu gibt es drei Schlafzimmer; eines mit Doppelbett und zwei mit je einem Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine große Veranda sowie eine Rasenfläche, eine Schaukel und eine Feuerstelle zum Grillen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind hier im Mietpreis enthalten. Im Winter: Wenn es die Bedingungen zulassen, gibt es Skipisten bis zum Skistadion Gravset und zum dortigen Loipennetz. Rodelbahn für die Kinder ca. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Skizentrum Hemsedal ist nach Meinung vieler das beste Skizentrum Norwegens, das von Skistar mit allen dazugehörigen Angeboten betrieben wird. In der Gegend von Hemsedal gibt es unzählige Gipfeltouren. Im Sommer: Nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt liegt das Loch 4 auf einem tollen und anspruchsvollen Berggolfplatz. Der Platz akzeptiert Greenfee-Gäste und ist selten ausgebucht. Außerdem schöne Wandermöglichkeiten auf beiden Talseiten und eine große Auswahl an Gipfelwanderungen und Bergwanderungen unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade, nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Weitere Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend von Hemsedal sind Angeln, Reiten, Klettersteige, Mountainbiken, Kanufahren usw. Es gibt einen kleinen, aber feinen Wasserpark für Kinder jeden Alters im Tropicana auf Gol, ca. 15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!
