Here you have your holiday paradise, regardless of whether you are planning a summer holiday or a winter holiday. In summer, you have wonderful areas with lawns and nature close to the house, and Florån ripples with its water over the site. The cabin is located without any visibility or nearby neighbors. Inside the cabin, you will find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and an iron stove that can spread pleasant warmth on chilly days. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and a fireplace, where you can relax after the day's excursions. There are two bedrooms in the house, of which one room has a double bed and the other room has two single beds, in a passage room there is a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the spacious guest house, heated which also works for winter accommodation, there is a double bed and a bed that can be pulled out to make a bed for two people as well as an incineration toilet, but no running water in the guest house. Less than 2 km away, there is a nice swimming area by Lake Florsjön and a campsite, Moheds Camping, which in summer has both a kiosk and a restaurant. If you want to swim closer, there is another bathing spot in Florsjön about 500 meters from the cottage. If you want to go out to the coast, you have approx. 15 km to central Söderhamn and there the sea joins Söderhamnsfjärden. A warm welcome to Söderala.

Ein richtiges Urlaubsparadies, ganz gleich ob Sie einen Sommer- oder einen Winterurlaub planen, erwartet Sie hier! Im Sommer haben Sie in der Nähe des Hauses wunderschöne Flächen mit Rasen und Natur, dazu plätschert das Wasser im Fluss Florån über das uneinsehbare Grundstück. Im Inneren des Ferienhauses finden Sie eine geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essecke und einem gusseisernen Ofen, der an kühlen Tagen angenehme Wärme verbreitet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke und einen Kamin, hier kann man sich nach einem Tagesausflug wunderbar entspannen. Im Haus gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, davon ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und das andere Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Dazu steht in einem Durchgangszimmer ein Schlafsofa. Es gibt auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Im geräumigen, separaten Annex, das beheizt ist und auch als Winterunterkunft genutzt werden kann, gibt es ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Bett für zwei Personen sowie eine Verbrennungstoilette, aber kein fließend Wasser! Weniger als 2 km entfernt gibt es eine schöne Badestelle am See Florsjön und einen Campingplatz, Moheds Camping, der im Sommer sowohl einen Kiosk als auch ein Restaurant bietet.
