Maison Jaune is a detached house with sea views in the luxurious Domaine du Golf, which features a swimming pool and tennis courts. It boasts a prime location (with stunning views!) adjacent to the Roquebrune-sur-Argens golf course, complete with a swimming pool, separate children's pool, three tennis courts, and a pétanque court. The house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garden, a balcony, and views of the Mediterranean Sea! The layout is as follows: a front garden, an entrance hall with a guest WC, and a bright living room with glass doors opening onto the rear garden, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the beautiful Esterel Mountains. At the front of the house is an open-plan, U-shaped kitchen equipped with various appliances. A solid stone staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms. Two of these are located at the rear of the house, one of which has a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), an en-suite shower room, and glass doors leading to a balcony/terrace with equally magnificent views! The second bedroom has a single bed, and the third bedroom at the front has a double bed (1.40 x 2 m). The second bathroom features a bathtub and a second toilet. All bedrooms have beautiful high ceilings and built-in wardrobes. The house is equipped with air conditioning. The property is situated on a hill overlooking the golf course and offers stunning views of Fréjus and the Mediterranean Sea. The picturesque Provençal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is about 5 km inland. Les Issambres, with connections to Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, is about a 10-minute drive to the coast. Alternatively, you can follow the coastal road from Saint-Aygulf to Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. During peak season, this property is only available for a minimum stay of one week; arrival and departure are on Saturdays. Outside of peak season, we accept bookings with a minimum stay of four nights. Arrival and departure days are also possible. Erstklassige Lage (Aussicht!) am Golfplatz von Roquebrune-sur-Argens mit Swimmingpool, separatem Kinderbecken, drei Tennisplätzen und einem Bouleplatz. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, einen Garten, einen Balkon und Blick auf das Mittelmeer! Die Aufteilung ist wie folgt: Vorgarten, Eingang mit Gäste-WC und helles Wohnzimmer mit Glastüren zum hinteren Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und das wunderschöne Esterelgebirge. An der Vorderseite des Hauses befindet sich eine offene, U-förmige Küche mit verschiedenen Geräten. Über eine feste Steintreppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock mit drei Schlafzimmern; zwei davon befinden sich an der Rückseite, eines davon mit Doppelbett (1,80 x 2 m), eigenem Duschbad und Glastüren zum Balkon/zur Terrasse mit ebenfalls herrlicher Aussicht! Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett, das dritte Schlafzimmer an der Vorderseite über ein Doppelbett (1,40 x 2 m). Das zweite Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einem zweiten WC ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer haben schöne hohe Decken und Einbauschränke. Das Haus ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel am Golfplatz und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Fréjus und das Mittelmeer. Das malerische provenzalische Dorf Roquebrune-sur-Argens liegt etwa 5 km landeinwärts. Von Les Issambres mit Anschluss an Sainte Maxime und Saint-Tropez sind es etwa 10 Minuten zur Küste. Alternativ können Sie von Saint-Aygulf aus der Küstenstraße nach Fréjus und Saint-Raphaël folgen. In der Hochsaison ist diese Unterkunft nur mit einem Mindestaufenthalt von einer Woche buchbar; An- und Abreise ist jeweils samstags. De indeling is als volgt: een voortuin, een hal met gastentoilet en een lichte woonkamer met glazen deuren naar de achtertuin, met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee en het prachtige Esterelgebergte.
