The cozy living area with a custom-made sofa and flat screen TV constitutes a perfect space to relax. In the bedroom area guests can enjoy a good night"s sleep in a comfortable double bed. The apartment features a fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary equipment, from crockery to pans and cutlery to a modern coffee maker and a microwave. The studio includes bathroom with a bathtub or shower equipped with hand towels, a hair dryer and company-branded toiletries. Depending on availability, the apartments may feature either the Aegean Mood or South Africa inspired interior design style. The rental price includes all ancillary costs, as well as a broad array of additional services: wireless Internet, satellite TV with international channels, weekly cleaning of the apartment (incl. changing of bed linen, hand towels and regular refill of soap.) The final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent. The laundry rooms are equipped with washing machines and tumblers free of charge. For our sporty guests there is a well-equipped gym, which can be used free of charge. For an extra charge and depending on availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry or extra cleaning can be offered. For an extra fee, a parking space in the underground garage can also be arranged.
