La maison dispose d'un grand séjour ouvert sur la cuisine de 46m² orientés plein sud avec deux portes donnant sur deux grandes terrasses, l'une avec un coin cuisine extérieur et l'autre avec une vue sur les Pyrénées. Depuis cet espace de vie, on accède à une arrière-cusine et, de l'autre côté, à une grande buanderie. La buanderie mène à une autre pièce avec des portes vitrées qui est actuellement utilisée comme atelier mais qui pourrait facilement devenir une chambre avec SDE. A gauche du salon se trouvent trois chambres (11m², 12m², 12m²), dont la plus petite est utilisée comme bureau. Les deux plus grandes chambres sont équipées de placards et deux d'entre elles sont orientées au sud, ce qui leur permet de bénéficier d'un ensoleillement optimal.
