Para los más inquietos, hay una mesa de ping-pong, una cancha de basquet, una cama elástica y hasta una sauna. La finca de 3400 m2 se encuentra vallada, y aunque hay algunos vecinos en los alrededores, la privacidad es total. Toda la casa se distribuye en una sola planta. Depuis le magnifique porche, nous accédons à l'intérieur de la maison qui réunit le salon et la cuisine dans le même espace. Le style rustique actuel se poursuit à l'intérieur, dans un espace avec des poutres en bois et des murs en pierre doté de la télévision par satellite, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et de la climatisation. Il dispose d'une table à manger pour six personnes située à côté de la cuisine, dotée d'une plaque vitrocéramique et équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner de bons ragoûts d'été. Il dispose également d'une table avec quatre chaises pour prendre le petit déjeuner confortablement. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent également les trois chambres. Deux disposent d'un lit double et la troisième d'un lit simple. Toutes les trois disposent de la climatisation, et toutes disposent de placards ou dressings. Montuiri est une petite ville du centre de Majorque, proche de toutes les parties de l'île. Vous pouvez trouver des vestiges médiévaux et de superbes paysages où vous pourrez profiter de la tranquillité de la campagne. Dans la ville située à 2 km, vous trouverez les services de base ainsi que quelques magasins et restaurants. La plage la plus proche est celle de Sa Rápita, à 30 km.
