To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in

The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
