Very nice, fully equipped and modern furnished 1-room flat with large, sunny terrace. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Ulm's main railway station and the Ulm Cathedral. It also takes about 10 minutes to reach the motorway A 8 Stuttgart-Munich. The living and sleeping area has been laid with great parquet flooring and is equipped with a French bed, a table with 2 chairs, an LCD TV, a sideboard and a small wardrobe. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-plate induction hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in shower overhead shower and a washing machine. A cellar compartment is also available. Internet (WLAN) is included in the rent. The parking space is for normal to medium sized cars. Upon moving out, a final cleaning is due at the tenant's expense. The final cleaning is charged at 34.90 per hour. In the stated rent the additional costs incl. electricity are already included. The broadcasting fee has to be registered and paid by the tenant.
