Wonderful old building apartment with terrace in Ulm Mitte, from here you can walk to Münsterplatz in 5 minutes and are in the city center and on the Danube in no time, the main train station is also around the corner. Die Wohnung ist mit 115 m2 großzügig geschnitten und bietet Platz für ein Pärchen oder eine kleine Familie. Über wenige Stufen erreicht man die schön ruhig gelegene Terrasse, die gerade an Sonnentagen zur Entspannung einlädt und für die kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten und eine kleine Tischbank. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Einfach Koffer mitbringen und einziehen. Ursprünglich wurde das Gebäude Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts errichtet. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll restauriert und modernisiert. Die ca. 2,80 Meter hohen Decken runden das Ganze ab. Vom Esszimmer blickt man in die offen gestaltete Küche mit ihrer mittig platzierten Kochinsel. Von hier weiter gelangt man über einen Flur in das Badezimmer mit Badewanne (inkl. Duschvorrichtung), Toilette, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine.
