The extended living area, with a fireplace, warmly embraces us as soon as we cross the threshold of the entrance; climbing the stairs, we then visit the sleeping area, with two master bedrooms, with bathrooms and a large walk-in wardrobe.
We are amazed by the large windows that accompany the passage from one room to another and generously irradiate the rooms even in the early hours of the morning.
The spaces are important, the bedrooms large and the two bathrooms comfortable. The property is also impeccable from the point of view of energy equipment and predispositions, to contain consumption, and is equipped with photovoltaic panels.
At the end of the visit, the proximity of the tennis club, sailing club and the sea, all within walking distance, is not to be overlooked: a small daily luxury that those who love the Lido, and know the exclusivity of its services, can immediately measure in terms of well-being and quality of life.
