An einem Hang mit schönem Blick auf die Hänge von Gračišća und Pićno befindet sich diese einzigartige Villa auf einem großen Garten von 1750 m², der mit einheimischen Pflanzen geschmückt ist. Das Erdgeschoss wird über speziell entworfene und gefertigte Eisentreppen bestiegen, die zusammen mit der Holzkonstruktion des Deckes den gesamten Raum wunderschön abrunden. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es zwei weitere makellose Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen idealen Badezimmer. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss verfügt über Fußbodenheizung sowie Lüftungsanschlüsse, während die oberen Stockwerke fast unsichtbare Lüftungsanschlüsse besitzen, die die ideale Raumtemperatur regulieren.
