Bright, very cozy, beautiful and fully equipped apartment in the attic of a restored old building in the best location of the south of Dortmund. Die Wohnung besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Wohnküche, einem Wohnschlafraum, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne (mit Fenster) und einem kleinen Flur. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines anderthalbgeschossigen Hauses aus den 30er Jahren, auf der "richtigen Seite", also Südwesten. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. English language spoken. Vermietung an Einzelperson (maximal 2 Personen im Einzelfall). Es besteht selbstverständlich die Möglichkeit einer online Besichtigung. Dabei werde ich zusammen mit Ihnen z. B. per whattsapp Video oder Facetime verbunden durch die Wohnung gehen und Ihre Fragen per Videochat beantworten. Nebenstrasse mitten in Kirchhörde. Die Wohnlage gilt als gute bis sehr gute Wohnlage, die Lage dieser Wohnung gehört dazu. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, schnell an der B1 (A 40 und A 44) sowie an der BAB 45, ebenso gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe, ein Bäcker in Sichtweite, in etwa 50 Meter Entfernung. Den besten Edeka der Welt :-) erreichen Sie ebenfalls auch problemlos zu Fuss.
